On Wednesday, when we had a short day of class,so we went to Comino Island; it is between Malta and Gozo islands. The island is really famous for the Blue Lagoon and is the most famous tourist attraction because of the beautiful colors that you can see there.
The place is amazing, but really crowded. We decided to go away from crowds, so we walked to the other side of the island and find some nice place called Santa Maria caves. There was a sandy beach and many caves to explore where you could snorkel, dive, swim or just walk round.
On the way back we waited for the sunset on Paradise beach.

My class and St. Julian

We took a class picture of all teachers that came for the same course ICT TEL. Teachers were from all over Europe (Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia). Most of our afternoons and evenings we spent together and shared information about our work, school and teaching experience. At the same time we explored Malta. Word clouds, school trip to Mdina

We learned how to make Word clouds. We were using an app   WORDART . It is easy, fun and customizable.  It is easy, fun and customizable. This is an example that I made for a practice. For my beginner class of English I use different words for fruit. You put words that you want to show and pick a shape from the list. You can choose colors, shape, and customize the text... This is a second example for Word Clouds. You can use articles and chose your own picture for a shape. I used an article about Malta and a picture (from DuckDuckGo) for a shape. On Thursday we had a school trip to Mdina. It is amazing city, like all the places on Malta that I have seen and it is the highest point on Malta. Like the city Victoria on Gozo, it was built and created out of a need for protection against invaders. We could see the main landmarks and we also got a beautiful night view round Mdina. I am looking forward to visiting this city in the sun light and seeing all this amazing archi

School trip to Valletta

Our school ETI organized a school trip to capital city of Malta, Valetta. We drive to the city with special Maltese buses. It was guided with local touristic guide. We saw all important touristic points in Valletta. The city was constructed by the Knights Hospitaller. The city is Baroque in character, with elements of Neo-classical and Modern architecture. In the city is many baroque palaces, gardens and churches. In this year 2018 it is an European capital of culture. It impressed me so much, that I visited city one more time on the day light.
